About Our Workcamp
Have you been dreaming of baking together with others for a while, but never really knew where to start? Do you love the smell of fresh bread, evenings full of laughter around the oven, and sharing meals you created with your own hands? Then this baking workcamp is just the thing for you! Together we want to discover the joy of traditional baking, create unforgettable moments across cultures, and give you the chance to learn new skills with flour and fire.
In addition to the creative workshops, we also want to bring participants closer to German and French baking traditions, explore the cultural stories behind recipes, and visit inspiring projects in the local community. Each day we will spend time kneading, baking, and of course tasting – with plenty of space for exchange and friendship and sight seeing. Our team consists of hobby and professional bakers - we will focus on baking in a wood oven but also getting the best results with an ordinary electrical oven. But most important: we want to have fun!
